Popular for its pungent flavor, creative chefs infuse the Rosemary flavor direct into common shishkabobs by simply skewering the meats and vegetables onto the sturdy stems.  Aromatic green leaves can even be dried to use later on.  Bees, butterflies and birds are attracted to the fragrant bluish blossoms, which appear in summer.  Hardy in USDA Plant Zones 8-10 where it will grow year round outdoors.  In cooler climates, it is best to grow the Rosemary in the annual herb garden. Plant in a sunny site in average, well drained, garden soil.  Hardy, prolific, and easy to grow.

To Harvest:  Simply snip off branches at the length desired.
