Coral Bells

Grown primarily for their low clumps of brilliant foliage, the hues of Coral Bells range from various shades of chartreuse to green to orange to purple to rose. Tall spires of dainty flowers float above the semi evergreen foliage in summer. The old standby 'Palace Purple' has been used in rock gardens, containers, borders to contrast with other brightly colored perennials. 'Marmalade' offers amber hued frilly leaves while 'Lime Marmalade' frilled lime green foliage. 'Caramel' retains its butterscotch color throughout the year while 'Autumn Leaves' changes from red to caramel to ruby as the season progresses. Every garden has a spot for Coral Bells.
