Can I send a plant to someone as a gift? Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes! We have exclusive holiday & gift selections, and any of our plants & gardens can be shipped as a gift too. Simple care instructions are provided with all orders.
If you wish to aim for a particular delivery date, please Contact Us with the Order Confirmation number and requested delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer Special occasion or Corporate Gifts?
We offer corporate gifting for companies of all sizes. More good news: Our gifting services are not limited and can also be used for weddings, collaborations, goody bags, special occasions, and all other types of events. Will my plant look like the picture?
The answer is both "yes' and "no":
Yes: Our images show the plant at the size and shape as it may look in your landscape.
No: Each plant is unique so there will be variation in color, shape, etc. Our product descriptions do state the current height of each plant.
Flowers (blooming plants) are a seasonal feature and may or may not be on the plant at time of shipment, if you desire flowers right now, please shoot us an email indicating such need. We will check the crop and let you know. While we can ship a plant with flowers, do keep in mind that most flowers only last a short period of time and may simply die in transit; rest assured, new flowers will usually quickly form.
Do you substitute when a plant is no longer available?
No, we do not substitute. Our website displays the most current inventory and we do not sell plants in advance. Should an unforeseen circumstance occur between the time of your order & the shipping day, we will contact you to see if a similar plant will fit your needs.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement? What if I’d like to place a large order?
Orders of all sizes are gladly accepted. Wholesale business customers like Garden Centers & Landscapers are encouraged to contact us through the Wholesale section. We may send your palleted order via LTL.
Can I change or cancel my order?
This option is not available on our website at this time. Please send us an email or Contact Us with the order’s Confirmation Number and let us know what changes are desired. We will try to accommodate your request if possible, keeping in mind that the closer to the ship date, the harder it is to make changes.
How do I place a Tax Exempt order?
Please Contact Us to place a tax exempt order.
When do I pay for an order?
Payment is required at time of order.
What forms of payment do you accept? Can I use my Gift Certificates online?
We accept Visa, Mastercard.
Are prices subject to change?
Costs for supplies, energy, and production are always fluctuating and we make no guarantee that today’s costs will be tomorrow’s prices. At time of order, our website reflects the most current price for each product as well as the current shipping cost. We do not change prices or delivery fees after order submission.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping cost is based on the shipping address and our Check Out process will offer the best options for shipment. These delivery charges will appear during the checkout process. Should we offer “Free Shipping”, then that is that: no shipping costs will added to the order!
Where do you deliver?
We ship to all 48 states in the Continental U.S. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, post office boxes, or outside of the USA. Sometimes, due to agricultural restrictions, certain specific plants cannot ship to certain specific States. Any such regulations have been indicated in the product description.
When will my order arrive? How do I track my order?
All orders typically ship within 3-5 business days of order placement. We try to not have boxes sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend, so we ship mostly on Monday & Tuesday. Expedited orders for Next Day or Overnight (available for an additional charge as you progress through the Check Out process) are typically shipped within a day or two of order receipt.
Holidays and adverse weather may affect shipping turn times.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Packages returned by the carrier will not be refunded or replaced.
Do I need to sign for my package?
All deliveries do not require a signature. We instruct the carrier to simply drop off the box.
Do you guarantee your products?
Yes, we will “make things right” should you ever experience an issue with your product. Please read our Peace-of-Mind Guarantee for more detailed information. We urge you to buy with confidence!
If your plant arrived damaged, we are so sorry, that is not typical for us. Please provide us with your order number and a photo of the damaged plant so we can “make this right” for you.
Can I share my creations with you?
Absolutely! We love seeing your unique creations. Your successes & ideas are important and sharing them grants us a personal touch to connect with our wonderful customers. Email those to us (we may post your own garden images on our site!) or share on our Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and other social sites. Looking for more inspiration? Can I stop by your store and shop in person?
We are exclusively an online retailer and our facility is not open to the public.
Do you share my data with others?
No, no, and more no. We absolutely DO NOT share any of your information with any unaffiliated outside parties. Your data is safe with us.
