Shipping policy

We strive to ship orders as fast as possible, however, in order to reduce the amount of stress on boxed-up live plants, we ship all live plant orders only on Monday and Tuesday, which allows for a same week delivery.  While our plants have well established roots and are watered before placing in a box, upon delivery, please immediately remove the plant from its box and place the plant in a shaded location after again giving it a drink of water.
