It is unlikely that you will ever experience an issue with your product, yet rest assured, we will make things right if you do.  While we cannot accept responsibility for losses caused by season end, extreme weather, neglect, or inappropriate climate zone (clearly indicated for every variety), we DO guarantee your complete satisfaction or your money will be cheerfully refunded.  Our ultimate objective is to make our customers happy.  We will act responsibly and trust you to do the same.
